Specializing in global virtual team effectiveness and workplace thriving, Alex is passionate about helping millions of global team members personally develop and thrive in the digital world. With over 20 years of experience in Global Talent Mobility, HR Global Expansion, and HR Project and Change Management, along with years of doctoral-level research, Alex has cultivated extensive knowledge, skills, and expertise in these fields. Her research focuses on employee wellbeing, team dynamics, and cultural intelligence in the context of global virtual teams.
Alex is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Project Management Institute, and the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology. Additionally, Alex serves on the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the Association for Talent Development.
